1：What is your payment terms?
We accept T/T 30% deposit in advance,balance against the copy of BL. Definitely,L/Cat sight is acceptable.
2：What is your delivery time?
It is 20days-30days,according to how many quantity of your order,as differentquantity have different production time.
3：What is your minimum of quantity ?
Folding umbrella, golf umbrella,stick umbrella,inverted umbrella andkid's umbrella base on 300pcs.
4：Can you do OEM or ODM ?
Yes,we provide OEM contract manufacturing service and ODM.Moreover,if youwanna make your own creative image on the umbrella or some favorite personalized umbrellas,you can find us.
5:Can you do design for me?
Yes,in order to meet the demand of different customers,we specializing in thedesian,development and production of custom umbrella,you can tell us any fantasticidea,then we make unique personalized umbrella for you.
6:What is your shipping ports?
We have two China ports for you choosing,Shenzhen port or Hongkong Port
7：Can you agree to free samples for me?
If it is an existing style in stock, a sample can be provided free of charge.But only freight cost by DHL,FEDEX or UPS would be paid by yourselves.
8：What's your mass production time?
Normally 45 days,if your order urgent,we can finish in 35 days.
9：How can I get samples promptly? And What is your sample lead time?
Yes,sure.If you wanna CIF price,please inform us the port of destination andestimated quantity.We have own shipping company by ourselves,if ocean freight ishigher than your expectation,you can supply shipping company for us.It is around 5-7days for our sample lead time,if your sample is urgent,we can finish 4 days for you.
10：If shipment we receive be short?
If found the shortage of quantity after receiving goods,we can make up for you loss.We have two options for you choosing, one first option is to remake goods foryou,then send by courier,the second option is to refund money for you.
11：How can you control your quantity?：Do you have QC department?
We have QC team who according to AQL standard to select quality inspection.We have.They are in charge of inspect all materials quality whenentering warehouse,inspect semi-fnished products and fnished products whenproducing in workshops.
